Initially, this building will serve as a sales office for a housing community, and it will later be transformed into a social club. It preserves the unique character of its woodland surroundings while engaging in a dialogue with the community’s contemporary residences, the construction of which is ongoing. The aim is a balanced design that harmonizes with nature, caters to evolving functions, and serves as a landmark in the area.
