This 325-home commuter town and 50-room spa hotel is located in the rolling countryside a half hour north of Ankara. A reflecting pool extends from one side of the partially submerged hotel to the other through the lobby. It then overflows into the swimming pool below, creating a curtain of water separating the indoor and outdoor pools. The residential area features various villa and townhouse types to accommodate a variety of residents.
